Steve Simpson is the author of the concept of Unwritten Ground Rules, a mechanism to understand and change organisational culture. Steve will talk about the techniques and how they have been used in practice.
Peter Ellyard who is possibly Australia’s foremost demographers, will discuss concepts like whether companies are “future makers” or “future takers” and the trends that customer leaders need to understand in their customers and employees.
Alistair Mant is an academic and author who has researched and written extensively about leadership traits and characteristics. His most recent book is about Robert Clifford of Incat fame who created a global leading manufacturing business in Tasmania.
