Customer Engagement Models and Needs Across Generations

On behalf of the member committee and LimeBridge Australia, we would like to welcome you to the 24th meeting of the Chief Customer Officer Forum.

The theme for the day is 'Customer Engagement Models and Needs Across Generations. The meeting will take place on Wednesday 18 May 2016 at The Langham Hotel Sydney.  

The day will commence with Naomi Simson, founder Director of Red Balloon. Our closing speaker is David Thodey, ex CEO Telstra. 

 

  • Keynote Speakers

    Naomi Simson will commence the day with her key note address, "Is intimacy a dirty word in business?". David Thodey will close the day with, "Why customer advocacy is no longer an option".
