On behalf of the member committee and LimeBridge Australia, we would like to welcome you to the 22nd meeting of the Chief Customer Officer Forum.

The theme for the day is 'Mega Trends in Customer Service'. The meeting will take place on Wednesday 27th May 2015 at The Hilton Hotel Sydney. This meeting pushes beyond our 10 years now and looks forward to the next 10.  

Many big customer trends are hitting every company today, and companies that don't adapt will be left behind.   David Jaffe and Bill Price have also penned a new book on how one of the most crucial, customers being in control and demanding much more from companies, is beginning to reshape how we conceive of, and service our customer bases.  

This forum will begin to pick apart that conundrum with some exciting speakers and detailed case studies.
