Charlotte Garlick is the Customer Service Manager at Alinta Energy. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the operational interface for WA Alinta customers through the customer service centre.
Charlotte has 15 years’ experience in the residential gas industry with different retailers across the UK and WA. She believes strongly in ensuring that her team delivers a high quality customer experience at all interactions. Charlotte also values the importance of people development and is passionate about leading a highly engaged team.
Charlotte was born in Macclesfield, England and immigrated to Perth, Australia in 2013 where she now lives with her husband and young son.
