Darren Hall is the Head of BT Customer Service Delivery with teams in Adelaide, Sydney and New Dehli. BT CSD service customer requests for BT’s General Investment, Wrap, Super, Margin Lending products and for both BT and Asgard Insurance products.
Darren has been with BT for 10 years and was appointed to this role in December, 2008.
During his years with BT, he has held a number of operational roles across the BT CSD business including managing the Super Service Centre, Key Events Management and Wrap and Retail Operational roles.
In 2005 Darren participated in the David Williams Fellowship, a 12 month program aiming to develop high potential leadership talent.
Darren’s key areas of expertise are in the areas of:
