Julie is the Head of Contact Centre at QSuper Group, responsible for the delivery of education, service and financial advice to QSuper members through assisted channels. With a career in Contact Centres spanning over 15 years, Julie has held senior leadership roles in public and private sector organisations primarily within the financial services industry. Julie’s expertise is in Contact Centre start up, insourcing, outsourcing and driving large scale transformational change programs.
