Karen brings 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of senior leadership roles. This has included senior customer strategy roles at Bupa and MBF, prior to joining RACQ in 2012.
These roles have spanned strategy development and execution, customer experience and engagement, product development, marketing and brand, customer retention, loyalty and rewards, customer insights, customer relations, contact centres, quality assurance and operational / administrative functions.
In her current role she is responsible for providing the owners of RACQ (its’ members) a seat at the executive table. Through a strategic and collaborative approach she is using member insights to drive change and increased member centricity, deliver value to members and improve business performance
