With experience spanning customer solution outsourcing, scaled onshore and offshore service operations and CX strategy, I offer deep expertise in leading businesses and people through operational and strategic change. The changing world of work and technology and customer service excites me, I enjoy working hands on with organisations to grow brand equity through peak performance and heathy organisational culture.
Above all, people leadership an relationships has been central to my success to date. Facing outwards in terms of blue-chip client management, and internally as a leader of large teams of up to 2000 globally, I value diversity and inclusion. A natural collaborator and enabler, I’ve demonstrated my ability to work closely with senior executive teams in enterprise and government, influencing decisions by providing proactive advice and expertise and initiating timely counsel. For me, culture and relationships are the cornerstone of high performance. I ensure the development of working environments that attract, engage and retain talented people, through robust support frameworks, flat structures, and – critically – a healthy dose of fun.
