From my 10 years at Telstra, I have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, and have firsthand experience working in a large organisation that is undergoing immense change. Alongside my expertise in building relationships and influencing industry and regulatory bodies; I am also passionate in developing best practices by implementing strategic improvements to ensure the right outcomes for customers, staff, the business, stakeholders and industry.
This passion for continuous improvement has seen me transition into the energy industry, where over the last 12 months I have focused on building a strong assurance culture within Alinta Energy.
