Biography
Having rejoined Nab in August 2010 after 6 years in the fast paced worId of BPO, I currently lead the Consumer Banking & Wealth Servicing Direct channels of a major Australian bank. I have over 20 years of senior leadership experience in Contact Centre Management, Client Relationship Management, Supply Chain/Vendor Management and Credit/Collections. I have held senior management roles in Govt, Banking, Insurance, Receivables, Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Industries.
I hold a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University of Technology majoring in Accounting and Business law and a Diploma in Frontline Management.
