Biography

Ray Myles holds the position as Group Manager Customer Services at Alinta.  He has accountability for:
► Customer Services Strategy
► Contact Centre
► Billing and Credit management functions
► People Management
► Complaints management
► New Connections
► Customer retention
► SME Contract renewals
► Telesales

Ray has worked in the Western Australian utility industry for 34 years.  Ray’s current role as Manager Customer Services is varied and includes all facets of customers’ interaction with Alinta via the Call Centre and billing/credit activities. Ray is a member of the Rule Change Committee of the Retail Energy Market Company (REMCo) and is a current Board member of the Energy Industry Ombudsman Scheme.
