An award winning CX leader with a wealth of transferable skills gained in the banking and finance sector both in Australia and the UK.
My career has led to me having a strong awareness of new and emerging technologies and I have a solid understanding of how technology and legislation is shaping the customer experience landscape of today.
I've headed up the National Contact Centre and Operations teams for Teachers Mutual Bank Limited since 2012. I am a Non-Executive Director of the Auscontact Association (the united voice for the customer contact industry in Australia) and am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
