Biography

 

I am an energetic leader passionate about developing a superior customer experience by enhancing products and services that meet customer and business needs. I have extensive experience in customer transformation, product management, development and CX across Financial Services and Telecommunications. I lead teams across CX Design, Digital UX/UI, CVP, Pricing, Insights, Data Analytics and Program Management. Using data and customer insights to develop the customer strategy I drive continuous innovation using Customer Centred Design. My responsibilities have covered P&L ownership, pricing, risk management, process, research insights, vendor management, and measuring and driving customer satisfaction and NPS and delivering a superior customer experience.
