Tracey is a senior professional with extensive leadership and management experience in the sales and service industry.  These include Contact Centres, Information Management, Health Insurance, Financial Services and Human Resources.  She commenced with Brisbane City Council in early 2014 as the Manager, Customer Delivery and has responsibility for all service channels across Australia’s largest Council.
