Options in Connecting with Customers and Employees Program
We were delighted with the range of speakers and topics. Our Opening Keynote Holly Kramer, a former CEO and board member across a diverse range of industries, who started life as a marketer. Discussed "How we connect (or not) with customers at different level of the organisation". Closing Speaker Ben Crowe - Global Expert in Connection and Story Telling, gave us a very different perspective on connecting, as his expertise is more at the individual and team level.
Our third guest and visiting Academic for the day was Dr Robert Kay. Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University. Robert chaired discussion groups through the day, on his research into why innovation often fails in organisations.
